Wyatt McClean was appointed to the Board of Directors of the El Toro Water District (ETWD) in December 2024 and is currently serving as a Director. Mr. McClean brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to public service to his role on the Board.

Mr. McClean holds a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California, Irvine, and has been a certified mediator in the State of California for the past 18 years. With a career spanning over 35 years as a dedicated civil servant, Wyatt has built a reputation for fostering collaboration and resolving complex issues.

Mr. McClean has significant expertise in labor relations, having served as a Labor Relations Representative in the public sector across Southern California. In this role, he negotiated Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the California School Employees Association. His experience also includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements and MOUs with major grocery employers.

In addition to his role on the ETWD Board, Wyatt currently serves as a Commissioner of the Juvenile Justice Commission for the Orange County Superior Court.

A long-time resident of Lake Forest for over 30 years, Wyatt is passionate about serving his community serving as a volunteer mediator for the Orange County Superior Court, member of Knights of Columbus and serving as the Hospitality Coordinator for the Mission Basilica in San Juan Capistrano.

As a proud member of the Lake Forest community, Wyatt looks forward to contributing to ETWD’s mission of delivering high-quality water and exceptional service to its residents.
