AB 1572 Prohibition of Irrigation of Non Functional Turf

El Toro Water District (ETWD) has been closely monitoring the implementation of AB 1572, which prohibits the irrigation of nonfunctional turf in certain settings. Currently, the State is in the process of developing regulations to enforce this legislation. While these regulations are not yet finalized, we want to keep you informed of any upcoming changes.
