Public Records Request

It is the policy of the El Toro Water District to assist the public in gaining access to all public records. This form will be used to document all public records requests. This form will identify the records you are requesting and assist staff in completing your request. Requests must be delivered to the District for processing via mail, fax or hand delivery. It is the policy of the District to respond to all public records requests within 10 working days. There is a $0.10 charge per sheet for all copied documents.
